Lore

Cinder-Drakes are the apex hunters of the higher atmosphere, often dominating the airspace of floating islands. Their breath is not just fire but a mix of superheated ash that can choke out prey from a distance. They are fiercely territorial and will attack anything that flies too close to their nests. Many legends suggest they were once mountain-bound beings that ascended to reach the sun.
