Lore
The Tidal-Apex Sovereign is a mythical entity, born from the coalescence of thousand-year-old storms. It can manipulate the weather across entire regions of the sky islands. It only appears when the balance of nature is threatened by outside forces. Legends say its heart is an eternal, swirling vortex of pure oceanic energy.
Habitat: floating sky islands
