Lore

The Volt-Striker is a creature of legend, often seen during the great sandstorms of the central basin. It commands the sky with its ability to superheat air and generate localized plasma. Scholars believe these creatures are the remnants of a lost civilization that worshipped the storm. It is said they only appear to those who possess true courage.
