Spore-Drifter

Spore-Drifters are microscopic-sized organisms that aggregate into larger, visible shapes to travel. They communicate via chemical signals that can be detected by other Verdant creatures. These organisms are highly sensitive to atmospheric changes and flee before storms arrive. They are considered harbingers of growth by the inhabitants of the floating islands.
