Lore

The Storm-Sovereign is the peak evolution of the Zip-Bolt family, gaining immense mass and electrical output. It spends its long lifespan drifting near the center of massive storms. It is a legendary figure among those who live in the floating islets. Only during the equinox does it descend close enough for people to see its massive frame.
