Lore

Storm-Sovereign is a creature of legend, said to be born from the first cyclone that ever hit the coast. It manifests as a massive, armored entity composed of living water and crackling storm energy. It rarely descends to earth, preferring to watch the world from the eye of a permanent hurricane. Many kingdoms have risen and fallen under its silent gaze.

Habitat: storm-torn coastlines
